The Eat Well, Live Well Book Club is led by AIM Human Performance and Future You Nutrition. This club meets every other month to discuss health and wellness books. It is free and open to all.
This group meets in-person at AIM Human Performance and also via Zoom.
Our next meeting will be on Monday, November 17 at 6:30pm. We will be discussing “Move Your DNA: Restore Your Health Through Movement” by Katy Bowman.
