Personal Training

At AIM Human Performance, we utilize a hybrid of Muscle Activation Technique™ and the principles of the Resistance Training Specialist™ program to produce optimal results.  MAT™ is a tool used to determine your muscular systems current state and prepare you for exercise.  It’s similar to checking all the parts on your car before you take it out for a drive.  If the parts are not working correctly, the car will break down.  With MAT™, we can find and correct muscle weakness prior to exercise.

Exercises are then applied strategically and appropriately based on your structural anatomy, external forces on the joints, and your internal force generating capabilities.  Our knowledgeable trainers ensure you don’t drive your car farther or faster than it can currently go! Proper form and progression are the keys to preventing injuries and breaking down.

Our goal is to build a stronger you so you can reach your goals and maintain an excellent quality of life as you age.
