Vanilla Cake Protein Bites
These easy to grab for on the go protein bites taste like vanilla cake. Gluten-free, Vegan.
1 1/4 cups packed pitted medjool dates
1 1/4 cups raw walnuts
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup unflavored protein power (You can use vanilla protein powder but then do not use the vanilla extract.)
Pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to stir a few times to break up the dates.
Scoop out 1 TBSP and roll into a ball with hands.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for 1 month.
