Women's Self Defense 4 Week Course


Take your skills from the Introductory class to the next level. 

This 4 week course builds on the information and skills taught in the Women's Self Defense Introductory class. Topics covered will include:

  • Building on and reviewing the skills from the introductory class
  • Knife Defense
  • Car and Home Strategies
  • Multiple Attackers
  • Falling Properly
  • Gun Defense and Active Shooter Situations

Class runs Saturdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm on February 24, March 3, March 10, and March 17. 

This course is taught progressively so each week's information will build on the next. In addition, each week we will review and practice the skills learned the previous week to build muscle memory.  

Cost is $80 per person for the 4 week course. Students who attend all 4 weeks will be permitted to attend any future introductory class or 4 week seminar again, for free, to review these skills.
