FREE Boxing for Older Adults Class

Come experience our Boxing for Older Adults class with this free 30 minute demo. This class is specifically tailored for older adults and is designed to improve coordination and balance while also building strength and cardiovascular endurance.  You will learn punching sequences, footwork drills, core exercises, and head movements.  This is a non-contact class and requires no previous boxing experience. Gloves are provided.
