FREE Chair Based Strength Training Class

Come experience our chair based strength training class in this 30 minute introductory session.  This strength training class is performed with the use of chair and is designed to improve strength and mobility gently.  This class is appropriate for people with joint replacements, arthritis, MS and Parkinson's, as well as those who have recently undergone surgery, cancer treatments, or anyone who wants to gradually return to exercise.
