AIM Human Performance Re-Opening Policies and Procedures

AIM Human Performance Re-Opening Policies and Procedures

We are excited to reopen, but we want to do so with caution. Due to the strict guidelines we must adhere to and in the interest of your safety and our staff, you will notice several changes to the studio. We appreciate your cooperation so we can keep AIM safe for all!

1. Please wait in your car and enter the studio no sooner than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for the staff to clean and for the previous client to exit.

2. Prior to your first appointment back, you will be required to fill out and sign a waiver. This form will be emailed to you and you must bring it with you, completed.

3. When you enter, your trainer will take your temperature with a No-Touch Forehead Thermometer and record the results. If you are experiencing a temperature, you will be asked to leave. Trainers will also be monitoring their temperature daily.

4. We have moved the waiting area to the rear of the facility adjacent to the restrooms. When you enter, please go straight to the back, place your belongings in a cubby, and use the bathroom to wash your hands. Please do not enter the “tile area” if there is another client present. Wait until they exit the waiting area before you enter so we can stay socially distanced.

5. There will be no more than 4 people in the studio at any one time. This includes staff members.

6. Trainers will be wearing a mask at all times. You are encouraged to wear a mask, but it is not required unless you are receiving Muscle Activation Techniques™. If you are on the table receiving MAT™ you must wear a mask due to the close proximity to your specialist. We understand that it is difficult to exercise and breath with the mask on so you are permitted to take it off during heavy exertion. If you do not own a mask, we have handmade cloth masks for you.

7. When exercising, trainers will stay 10 feet away from clients whenever possible.

8. We will be wiping all “touch” surfaces before and after each use with CDC approved disinfectant.

9. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes have been placed all around the facility. Please wash your hands before and after your session. You may also wear gloves if this makes you more comfortable.

10. Wipes are also located in each bathroom for you to wipe any surfaces you feel appropriate before or after use. The lights are automatic in the bathroom so there is no need to touch a switch. Staff will be regularly cleaning the restroom with CDC approved disinfectant.

11. We will be moving to “touch-less payments.” You will be required to either keep your credit card on file with us or opt for an invoice to be emailed to you where you will pay online. Your session must be paid for prior to the start of your appointment or your time slot will not be reserved. Please recall we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

12. Sessions will be strictly enforced to a 50-minute limit to allow staff to thoroughly clean with a CDC approved disinfectant. This will also allow time for each client to wash their hands, gather their belongings, and exit before the next client arrives.

13. At the end of your session, please leave the studio at your earliest convenience to minimize contact and allow for the additional cleaning required. This makes us a little sad as we pride ourselves on the relationships and community we have built. With that said, you are more than welcome to chat with others outside.

14. And finally, if you are unwell or have any symptoms, please stay home. Our trainers will do the same. If you arrive and are showing symptoms, we may ask you to leave, even if it’s allergies.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate this uncharted territory together. We can’t wait to see you!
