FREE: Boxing for Older Adults

Looking to try a new form of exercise over the holidays? Boxing has been shown to be an excellent workout for older adults! Learning to box can improve coordination and balance while building strength and cardiovascular endurance.  In this class, students will learn punching sequences, footwork drills, core exercises, and head movements to improve weight shifting.  Gloves will be provided but students may bring their own.

This class is lead by black belt martial artist, and retired boxer, Chris Viggiano. Chris has been studying the martial arts for several decades, is a highly educated personal trainer, and has been recognized by the Parkinsons Foundation, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the Pink Ribbon Program (a breast cancer rehabilitation program) for his work.

Space for this free class is limited.  Please email us at Info@AIMHumanPerformance.com or call us at (571) 398-6923 to reserve your spot.
