Women's Self Defense 4 Week Course


Learn how to protect yourself and fight back!

This 4 week course will teach you the basics of how to defend yourself from an attacker.

Topics covered include:

  • Situational Awareness

  • Escaping Various Grabs, Chokes, and Hair Pulling

  • Proper execution of various strikes

  • Knife Defense

  • Car and Home Strategies

  • Multiple Attackers

  • Falling Properly

  • Gun Defense and Active Shooter Situations

Class runs Saturdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm on February 9, February 16, February 23, and March 2. 

This course is taught progressively so each week's information will build on the next. In addition, each week we will review and practice the skills learned the previous week to build muscle memory.

This class is taught by first degree black belt and personal trainer, Chris Viggiano and his wife, Michelle.  They have been teaching this course throughout Northern Virginia for the last 10 years and have helped educate many women on how to avoid becoming a victim. Don't miss this chance to learn the skills that may save your life!  

Cost is $80 per person for the 4 week course. Students who attend all 4 weeks will be permitted to attend any future introductory class or 4 week course again, for free, to review these skills.
